Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) through his LiveJournal website. Impressed via the band, Wentz for my part met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance.
